Ingredients

  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 slices French bread
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Cut the French bread into small cubes to make croutons.

Step 3

Place the bread cubes on a baking sheet, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and toss to coat.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Set aside to cool.
