  • 1 Baguette
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil for croutons
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan shavings

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch cubes to make croutons. Toss them in 3 tablespoons of olive oil, spread on a baking sheet, and season with a pinch of salt. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown, tossing halfway through.
