  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon, dried and crushed fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
