  • 4 Ciabatta rolls
  • 250 grams Vegetarian chicken strips

  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 1 Tomato
  • 0.5 Cucumber
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Step 2

Slice the ciabatta rolls in half and place them on a baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes until lightly toasted.

Cut the tomato and cucumber into thin slices and set aside.

Step 4

In a medium bowl, combine vegetarian chicken strips with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure the strips are evenly coated.
