  • 4 Burger buns
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 1 Tomato
  • 0.5 Red onion
  • 100 grams Pickles
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese slices

Directions

Step 1

Slice the seitan into thick strips resembling brisket slices.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix together barbecue sauce, smoked paprika, soy sauce, ground black pepper, and onion powder.
