Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and salt until well combined.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chopped red bell pepper and green onions to the skillet. Sauté for about 4-5 minutes, or until the peppers are soft.
