  • 1 cup Canned black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 12 pieces Corn tortillas
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese (optional)
  • 0 Sour cream (optional, for serving)
  • 0 Salsa (optional, for serving)
  • 0 Chopped cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
