  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 stalks green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the vegetables: peel and slice the onion into thin strips. Seed and slice the bell peppers into thin strips. Mince the garlic cloves, and grate the ginger.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, cornstarch, and vegetable broth until smooth. Set the sauce aside.
