  • 400 grams plant-based beef chunks
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 cubes vegetable broth
  • 2 medium, peeled and quartered potatoes
  • 2 medium, sliced carrots
  • 1 small head, quartered cabbage
  • 150 grams green beans
  • 1 teaspoon peppercorns
  • 2 pieces bay leaf
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the minced garlic and chopped onion. Sauté until the onion turns translucent, about 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Add the plant-based beef chunks to the pot, stirring occasionally until they are browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Step 5

Add the quartered potatoes, sliced carrots, peppercorns, and bay leaves to the pot.

Step 6

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Cover the pot and let it cook for 20 minutes or until the potatoes and carrots are tender.
