  • 3 cups broccoli florets

  • 2 stalks green onions
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Minced garlic and grate the ginger. Cut broccoli into florets and thinly slice the green onions.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, vegetable broth, cornstarch, brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger to form the sauce.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the plant-based beef strips and cook for 3-4 minutes, until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
