  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 units green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the soy sauce mixture. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, cornstarch, and water, whisking until smooth. Set aside.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the vegetarian beef strips and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
