  • 100 milliliters water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon white pepper
  • 500 milliliters peanut oil
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Directions

Step 1

Cut the tofu and tempeh into small cubes.

In a food processor, blend the tofu, tempeh, minced garlic, and shallots until smooth.
