Ingredients

  • 200 grams Cheddar cheese
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 100 grams Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large Sweet bell pepper
  • 150 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Zucchini
  • 1 medium Red onion
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 10 grams Fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tablespoons Bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).

Step 2

Grate the cheddar, parmesan, and mozzarella cheese and set them aside.

Step 3

Chop the sweet bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.

Step 4

Slice the red onion thinly and mince the garlic cloves.

Step 5

In a large bowl, toss the chopped vegetables and onion with olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
