  • 4 slices Vegetarian bacon
  • 4 pieces Large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy cream

  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 whole Croissants
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh chives (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to lightly crisp and warm the croissants.

Step 2

In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook the vegetarian bacon slices according to the package instructions until crispy. Remove and set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper until fully combined and slightly frothy.
