  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 sliced Avocado
  • 0.25 cup chopped Fresh cilantro
  • 1 cut into wedges Lime
  • 0.5 cup Salsa

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.

Add the diced onion and red bell pepper, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the minced garlic, ground cumin, and paprika. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
