Ingredients

  • 2 units large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 units fresh rolls
  • 60 grams cheddar cheese
  • 1 unit avocado
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Slice the tempeh into thin strips, approximately 5mm thick.

Step 2

In a shallow dish, combine soy sauce, maple syrup, smoked paprika, and liquid smoke. Mix well.

Add the sliced tempeh to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add marinated tempeh strips and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until crispy and golden brown.
