Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Vegetarian burger patties
  • 8 strips Plant-based bacon strips
  • 4 slices Cheese slices
  • 4 pieces Burger buns
  • 4 leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the tomato and red onion into thin rounds. Set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and Dijon mustard to create the spread. Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper. Set aside.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
