Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Vegetarian bacon strips
  • 12 spears Asparagus spears
  • 2 medium Carrot
  • 2 medium Bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Wash and trim the asparagus spears.

Step 3

Peel and cut the carrots into sticks approximately the size of the asparagus spears.

Step 4

Slice the bell peppers into strips about the same size as the asparagus and carrot sticks.

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Add the asparagus, carrot, and bell pepper strips to the bowl, tossing well to coat them evenly with the seasoning.
