  • 0.5 cup Sour cream (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Drain and rinse the canned artichoke hearts, then pat them dry with a paper towel. Cut each artichoke heart into quarters and set aside.

Slice the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and red onion into thin strips.
