  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Ground black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoons Ground paprika (optional)
  • 0.5 cups Grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 large Egg (beaten, for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon All-purpose flour (for dusting)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a standard muffin tin.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
