  • 8 oz Lo mein noodles
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, minced
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large Carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup Sugar snap peas
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 3 Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Start by cooking the lo mein noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and toss with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.

Step 2

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Step 3

Add the minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 4

Add the sliced red bell pepper, julienned carrot, sugar snap peas, sliced mushrooms, and broccoli florets to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
