  • 4 pieces Hot dog buns
  • 4 pieces Vegetarian hot dog sausages

  • 1 small Zucchini
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro
  • 4 teaspoons Mustard
  • 4 teaspoons Ketchup
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the red bell pepper, yellow onion, and zucchini into thin strips.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced vegetables and sauté for 5-7 minutes until they are tender. Season with salt and black pepper, then set aside.
