  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 stalks green onions
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing your ingredients. Slice the smoked sausages into thin rounds, mince the garlic, dice the onion, carrot, and bell pepper, and chop the green onions. Beat the eggs in a small bowl.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sausage slices and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they are browned. Remove the sausages from the skillet and set aside.
