  • 200 grams Cabbage, finely shredded
  • 100 grams Kale, chopped
  • 1 medium Carrot, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix together the Vegemite, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, and finely chopped lemongrass to create a marinade.
