  • 1 cup Shredded zucchini (moisture squeezed out)
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 0.5 cup Vegan chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt until evenly combined.
