  • 3 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 cup vegan shoestring potatoes
  • 4 slices pickles
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Start by making the tofu 'bacon': Press the tofu for at least 10 minutes to remove excess water. Slice the tofu thinly into strips.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, smoked paprika, maple syrup, and liquid smoke to create a marinade. Place the tofu strips in the marinade and let them soak for 10 minutes.
