  • 0.25 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water and sugar. Stir to dissolve the sugar, then sprinkle the active dry yeast on top. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until the mixture becomes foamy.
