  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 pieces Bay leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and sauté for 3-5 minutes until softened.
