  • 2 pieces Bay leaf
  • 2 teaspoons (or 2 tablespoons fresh, minced) Dried dill or fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon (or to taste) Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons (or to taste) Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Sunflower oil (or any neutral oil)
  • 2 tablespoons (minced, for garnish) Fresh parsley
  • 0 optional (for serving) Vegan sour cream

Directions

Step 1

Heat the sunflower oil in a large pot over medium heat.
