  • 40 grams Vegan butter
  • 10 grams Salt
  • 60 grams Baking soda
  • 1000 milliliters Water (for soda bath)
  • 10 grams Coarse sea salt

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, and granulated sugar.

Gradually add the warm water and mix until a dough forms.

Step 3

Melt the vegan butter and add it to the dough, followed by the salt.

Step 4

Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
