  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.25 cup Neutral oil for frying (e.g., vegetable oil)

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the textured vegetable protein (TVP) and hot vegetable broth. Stir and let sit for 10 minutes to rehydrate, then fluff with a fork.
