  • 0.25 cup Fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Step 3

Stir in the minced garlic, diced carrot, and diced celery, cooking for another 5 minutes until softened.

Step 4
