Ingredients

  • 4 medium ripe tomatoes (e.g., heirloom or Roma)

Directions

Step 1

Wash the tomatoes and fresh basil leaves thoroughly under running water.

Step 2

Slice the tomatoes into even slices approximately 0.5cm thick. Arrange them neatly on a large serving plate or platter.

Slice the vegan mozzarella into rounds roughly the same thickness as the tomato slices. If your vegan mozzarella comes in a soft block, cut it into similar-sized pieces.
