  • 2 leaves Fresh lettuce leaves
  • 2 slices Tomato, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegan mayonnaise
  • 0.125 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil or vegan butter (for cooking tofu)

Directions

Step 1

Drain and pat the tofu dry with a paper towel. Crumble it into small pieces with your hands or a fork, resembling scrambled eggs.
