  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 2 Kaffir lime leaves, torn
  • 1 cup Basil leaves (Thai basil preferred)
  • 1 Juice of lime
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

1. Heat the coconut oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

2. Add the green curry paste, minced garlic, freshly grated ginger, and chopped lemongrass. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
