  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 2 cups Vegetable broth
  • 15 ounces Kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 15 ounces Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Corn kernels (optional, fresh or frozen)
  • 0 Vegan sour cream (optional, for serving)
  • 0 Chopped scallions (optional, for serving)
  • 0 Chopped cilantro (optional, for serving)
  • 0 Tortilla chips (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
