  • 0.5 cup Cane sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons Baking powder

  • 0.5 cup Almond milk (unsweetened or vanilla)
  • 0.5 cup Strawberries (pureed)
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Strawberries (for glaze, finely blended)
  • 1 teaspoon Plant-based milk (for glaze)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 6-cavity donut pan with non-stick cooking spray or coconut oil.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cane sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, mix the almond milk, pureed strawberries, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until the wet ingredients are fully combined.

Step 4

Gradually add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until the batter is smooth. Be careful not to overmix.
