Ingredients

  • 1 sheet (thawed as per package instructions) Vegan puff pastry
  • 1 cup (hulled and finely diced) Fresh strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons (optional, for garnish) Powdered sugar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine the diced strawberries, granulated sugar, and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside for 5 minutes to let the juices thicken.

Unroll the vegan puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut the pastry into 6 equal-sized triangles.
