Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce (vegan and gluten-free)
  • 1 teaspoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 2 stalks Green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Cook the gluten-free rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process, and set aside.

In a small mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, maple syrup, cornstarch, and water. Whisk until smooth and set aside.
