  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks Green onions

Directions

Step 1

Wash and slice the green bell peppers into thin strips.

Step 2

Peel and thinly slice the yellow onion.

Step 3

Mince the garlic and ginger.

Step 4

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and water until smooth to create the stir-fry sauce.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
