Ingredients

  • 2 cans (14 ounces each) Hearts of palm
  • 1 can (14 ounces) Artichoke hearts
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 sheets Nori sheets
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 whole Lemon
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh parsley
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Drain and rinse the hearts of palm and artichoke hearts thoroughly.

Step 2

Using a fork, shred the hearts of palm into strands that resemble crab meat. Roughly chop the artichoke hearts into bite-sized pieces.

Step 3

Tear the nori sheets into small pieces and grind them into a powder using a mortar and pestle or a spice grinder to create a seaweed seasoning.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded hearts of palm, chopped artichoke hearts, nori powder, olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, and salt. Mix gently to coat all ingredients without breaking them up too much.
