Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Spinach tortillas
  • 1 cup Hummus

  • 1 cup Sliced cucumber

  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup Fresh alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Lay one spinach tortilla flat on a clean surface or cutting board.

Step 2

Spread 2-3 tablespoons of hummus evenly over the entire tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
