  • 3 cups Vegetable broth

  • 0.5 teaspoons Ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoons Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot or deep skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.

Step 3

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Step 4

Add the chopped spinach to the pot and sauté for 2-3 minutes until wilted.

Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water to remove excess starch, then add it to the pot.
