  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 1 cup Vegan shredded cheese
  • 2 Vegan tortillas

  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Nutritional yeast
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat a medium-sized skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.

Once the oil is warm, sauté the minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the spinach to the skillet and cook, stirring frequently, for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
