Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Plant-based shrimp (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 pieces Soft flour tortillas (vegan)
  • 4 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 0.5 cup Shredded carrots
  • 0.5 cup Red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium Avocado, sliced
  • 0.25 cup Vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Step 2

Pat the plant-based shrimp dry with a paper towel. Toss the shrimp in the spice mixture until fully coated.

Step 3

Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned plant-based shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until lightly browned and heated through. Remove from heat and set aside.
