Ingredients

  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.75 cup Brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened applesauce
  • 0.5 cup Coconut oil (melted)
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, and salt until well combined.

In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, unsweetened applesauce, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
