  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Optional: Sesame seeds or poppy seeds for topping

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the spelt flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix the warm water, plant-based milk, and olive oil.

Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing with a spoon or your hands until a shaggy dough forms.
