Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 cup Vegan cheese shreds (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes, until softened.
