  • 1 cup Tortilla chips (crushed lightly for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 teaspoon Maple syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and thoroughly dry the romaine lettuce. Chop into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
