  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Non-dairy milk
  • 2 tablespoons Decorative sugar (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer or stand mixer to cream the softened vegan butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
